The groups & meetings website
(
is used by both clients and
the Groups & Meetings Sales team to search for hotels that match necessary criteria for
business opportunities. It is critical that your hotel’s meetings information (total sq. ft.
and capacities) as well as features and benefits is accurate. The Hotel Content
Manager (HCM) database is used to populate the groups & meetings website (see
instructions below).
Do a test search to see how your hotel is listed. If your hotel doesn’t appear in the
search results, you will need to update your information.
If your hotel’s meetings information needs to be updated in the website, please follow the instructions below.
Instructions to update your meetings database:
Step 1: Simply access your Merlin site

Step 2: Under the Applications tab, click on “Hotel Content Manager” and your hotel’s content page should appear.
Step 3: Under “HCM Explorer”, scroll down to “Groups & Meetings” and from the drop-down, select each category.
Step 4: Review your hotel’s information. Make any necessary corrections.
Step 5: When finished, click “Save.” Once you save your information, allow 72 hours for your changes to be
